What is the message?
The message the song
brings to me is, that with just the
thought of God, I know that it is going to be a “lovely day”.
No matter what happened yesterday and all the troubles
and tribulations in the world, with God on my side
everything is going to be all right. This song brings joy to
my spirit and helps me to go do all I have to do, with the
knowledge that God is on my side. This song states all this,
in a hip-hop gospel way, which really appealed to me.

Describe how your faith (relationship with God) is part
of your life as a young person?
I feel as though my
relationship with God helps me to fight off a whole lot of the
pressures that young people go through today. Society is changing a lot,
and along |

with it comes a lot of changes for us young
people, and we are the future. I speak to God
the most when things aren't going so well. I
know people would say that this is not the way
to go about things, but I do thank Him for
waking me up every day, and I know that he
has things planned for me and I will take it in
as they come. Right now I am living in the |
moments with God, enjoying everything that he has graced my family and
myself
with, as well as my friends. God is my guiding light, and that is the
ultimate ground
I will take with me every day, with every experience. Let God be my
Savior!! |
