Cluster #6: Red Hook, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill
Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary–St. Stephen, Visitation, St. Agnes, St. Mary Star of the Sea, St. Peter’s–St. Paul’s–Our Lady of Pilar
Agreed that we have three priority areas: unmarried
couples, youth and seniors. Three committees were suggested. We need to
brainstorm around these areas.
We continued to discuss our grant proposal for the
cultural sharing of our parish's art and history.

Cluster #3: Coney Island, Brighton Beach, Manhattan Beach, Gravesend
Guardian Angel, Most Precious Blood, Our Lady of Grace, Our Lady of Solace, St. Margaret Mary, St. Mark
Discussed four major interests in collaborating: 1) Training lay
leaders; 2) Reaching out to the unchurched; 3)
Coordination of religious education and youth ministry; 4)
Outreach / Parish Social Ministry, Outreach to Immigrants
Concentrated on implementing a training program for our Religious Education
teachers. Discussed sites and instructors. Will seek a grant for program.

St. Helen, Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Our Lady of Grace, St. Stanislaus Bishop & Martyr
Discussed inclusion of staff members in cluster meetings
Discussed tuition increases in our schools

Cluster #4: Sunnyside, Woodside
Blessed Virgin Mary Help of Christians, Corpus Christi, Queen of Angels, St. Raphael, St. Sebastian, St. Teresa
Preparing a brochure on parishes in our cluster
Discussed Mass schedules. Most parishes are
contemplating reducing one Mass.
Will attempt to decide on cluster sacramental guidelines
Will explain "Cluster" in our parish bulletins
