Our "Culinary Institute
for Immigrants" trains future chefs for a career in the food service industry.
The course covers the basics of food purchasing and preparation, along with food
chemistry and health and sanitary requirements. Recipe preparation,
cooking techniques, and menu development are taught by professional cooking
teachers and chefs.
Restaurant internship is
provided upon the completion of course work. Other shorter courses are
also offered to the general public who have interests in food
preparation.
