English Classes

English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction is available to adults who are interested in learning and improving basic language skills. Classes are hosted in various parishes in Brooklyn and Queens throughout the year. Learning English as a Second Language is a key component in facilitating the assimilation process for immigrants.

Preparation for U.S. Citizenship Test

Classes are offered to assist those who are applying for American citizenship.  These classes specialize in the information that will be on the Citizenship Test, which is administered by the Immigration and Naturalization Service.  Students learn American History and Civics at neighborhood locations in Brooklyn and Queens.
