Directions to the Center
How to get to the Immaculate Conception Center
The Center is located at 7200 Douglaston Parkway, Douglaston, New York.
It is midway between the Long Island Expressway and the Grand Central Parkway.
Which Highway Will You Travel?
* Cross Island Parkway
* Grand Central Parkway

Cross Island Parkway:
Northbound and Southbound: Exit at Union Turnpike, which is the major East-West Road.
Turn left on Union Turnpike. Go a short distance to Winchester Boulevard (traffic light and Creedmor
Hospital). Turn right. The Center is about a half mile north on Winchester Boulevard, which
becomes Douglaston Parkway.
Grand Central Parkway:
Eastbound: Take Exit 23 marked Winchester Boulevard. Upon reaching Winchester Boulevard
(which becomes Douglaston Parkway) turn left. The Center is a short distance on the right
side of the road.
Westbound: Exit at sign saying Cross Island Parkway - South. Take Cross Island Parkway South
until the next exit marked Union Turnpike. Turn left on Union Turnpike. Go a short distance
down to traffic light & Creedmor Hospital, and turn right. The Center is about a half mile north on
Winchester Boulevard, which becomes Douglaston Parkway.
Northern State Parkway:
Westbound: to Grand Central Parkway, Directions as above.
Long Island Expressway:
Eastbound: Exit at Easthampton Boulevard (30S) - Cross Island Parkway-Southbound.
After the traffic light, do not enter Cross Island Parkway, but take the next right (southbound), which
is Douglaston Parkway. Continue a half-mile to the Center which will be on the left side of the
road.
Westbound: Exit Little
Neck Parkway (32). Take
service road to Douglaston Parkway. At the traffic light, make a left turn and continue
on Douglaston
Parkway south bearing right, passing the shopping center and at the bottom of the hill do not go uphill
toward the parkway, but turn left, continuing on Douglaston Parkway, past the housing development on the
left. Continue a half-mile on Douglaston Parkway to the Center on the left side of the road.
Throgs Neck Bridge:
To: Cross Island Parkway-Southbound. Directions above. OR
To: Long Island Expressway-Eastbound. Directions above. OR
To: Grand Central Parkway-Eastbound. Directions above.
Belt Parkway:
Eastbound to Cross Island Parkway-Northbound. Directions above.
Southern State Parkway:
Westbound to Cross Island Parkway-Northbound. Directions above.
Public Transportation
Independent Subway Line: E or F train to Union Turnpike-Kew Gardens station. Exit
to the street. Take the Q46 Bus (MARKED CITY LINE) to Winchester Boulevard. The Center is
on the same side of the street as Creedmor Hospital. Proceed north on Winchester Boulevard which
becomes Douglaston Parkway near the vicinity of the Center for about a half mile.
Long Island Railroad: To Douglaston Station: the Center is about three miles from the
station. Taxi service is available at the station.
