This year more than 8,000 neighbors in Brooklyn and Queens will come to Catholic Charities for help in coping with emotional, financial, family, and individual problems.

Seniors, teens and infants, immigrants and refugees, parents and children – all come to us with their particular concerns. At Catholic Charities they find adult day and nursing care, after-school and tutoring help, language classes, citizenship registration, job training, and much more.

Catholic Charities is more than its 180 programs. As the social service arm of the Diocese of Brooklyn, our mission is to deliver caring, commitment, and community along with every service we provide.

The prayer of Jesus, “That all may be one,” motivates us as we open our doors and our hearts every day.
