Our Catholic faith helps us to understand that death is a passage to new life. By His own
three days in a tomb and through His Resurrection, our Lord Jesus Christ made the grave a sign of hope,
promising that death is not the end, but rather a passage to eternal life in full union with God.
It is the right and privilege of every Catholic to choose burial in a Catholic cemetery, to rest among
fellow believers in consecrated grounds where we await the Resurrection to life everlasting.
We invite you to learn more about the Diocese’s
cemeteries on these pages and link to our
