| A will is a written
instrument made by you and which conforms to the requirement of the law, by which you direct the distribution
of your property after death.
A will is one of the most
important documents you will ever sign. A carefully prepared will permits you to dispose of your property
according to your wishes, name an Executor (the person you want to administer your estate), create a trust,
and name beneficiaries.
You may also wish to include our
Diocese or your local parish in your will. Making the community of faith a beneficiary of your living
resources is a personal and very radical form of giving.

Diocese as a beneficiary, contact the Stewardship and Development Office, your partner in
giving. |
