CARROLL GARDENS SCHOOL REGISTERING STUDENTS FOR FALL
Sacred Hearts-St. Stephen’s School in Carroll Gardens will continue registering students for the Fall term after its business plan designed to keep the school open was accepted on Thursday (June 2). It was among 26 in Brooklyn and Queens included in a reorganization structure announced in February.
When representatives of Sacred Hearts-St. Stephen’s sought and were granted permission to find a way to keep the school open, they set enrollment and financial goals, which were achieved.
Earlier, business plans were accepted also allowing St. Finbar’s School in Bath Beach, St. Virgilius School in Broad Channel and St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr School in Ozone Park, which were among the 26, to continue registering students.
